Sylvain Gouge wins 3rd Disc Golf Italia Open 2011
Up to the final it did not look as if the winner of 2010, Sylvain Gouge from France, would again be the winner of the DGIO 2011. But as the game went on it was't until the last putt was in the basket, that fortune proved to be on Sylvain's side. In the end he forced Henrik Johansen from Sweden into a Tie-Break which he won at the first extra-hole. 3rd place in the Open Pro division was awarded to Jonas Grundén from Sweden.
Sylvain Gouge also wins with this victory the 2011 EuroTour

The best score and the best round however was
played by the Belgian Master Marco Lehousse with a total of
183 and a 49 in the 3rd round.
